Food Friday

I love cooking and making new receipes and with FALL coming it makes me that more excited.

Motivational Monday #5

I am going to start running again tonight with my friend Susan but I realize I need to change the kitchen to loose the weight.   I have really enjoyed Motivational Mondays and this quote I found seem to fit perfectly.
