We just need to remember to take it one day at a time. I know that for me one day at a time keeps me
SAIN,
LOVEABLE,
and ENERGETIC.
That is why I have decided to start running again after taking a week off and just trying to eat healthier not necessarily different but healthier by
PORTION CONTROL,
LOWER FAT FOODS,
and SMARTER.
Motivational MONDAY is going to have to do with RUNNING TODAY....
